Delete in the app (fastest)

1. Open PoolTransit and sign in.
2. Go to Profile → Delete my account.
3. Confirm.

Your account and all associated personal data are permanently and immediately erased. This cannot be undone.

Or request deletion by email

If you can't access the app, email support@pooltransit.com from your registered email address with the subject "Delete my account". We will verify it's you and erase your data within 7 days (and no later than the period required by law).

What is deleted

Everything that identifies you, including:

• your profile (name, email, phone, gender, UPI ID, city, default stops);
• your ride requests, bookings, matches, and chat messages;
• your notification/device tokens and app preferences;
• your blocks, feedback attribution, and usage records.

What may be retained

• Nothing that identifies you. We keep no financial data (PoolTransit never handles money) and require no ID/KYC.
• We may keep aggregate, de-identified statistics that can no longer be linked to you.
• Records we are legally required to retain, if any, for the minimum period — [confirm with counsel; expected: none].
